Collecting sports cards has been a passion of ours for many years. Over the last 10 years, we've collected cards in earnest since as we participated in youth baseball and other sports, where coaches gave players packs of cards as a reward for meeting their goals in a game... or just for fun after a hard day's work.

During the COVID-19 Pandemic in 2020, our family (like all others) spent a lot of time at home together. As such, we all had a lot of extra time... which meant getting into a variety of hobbies and other things to pass the time. While card collecting was always a passion and hobby, during the pandemic, we found ourselves having a lot of fun passing the time researching and talking about cards together. 

As the pandemic restrictions waned in 2021, we found ourselves going to card shows, visiting card shops, meeting people in the card collector community, and most of all... spending time together (just like during the middle of pandemic) looking over cards, learning more about the players, and sharing those cards with other people.

As we all waited to for things to get back to normal, we decided to take on the challenge of starting a business... and, in November 2021, after much research, time and effort, we started LoCo Collectables LLC.

At LoCo Collectables, our goal is simple: Share our hobby and passion with others. Hopefully, we have found items that we can share with you -- and share our passion for collecting cards with you and others!
