Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the time of your purchase to request a return. After this 7 day period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and/or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@lococollectables.com. We will ask you for a picture of the item that you received prior to initiating the return process. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item to us. Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please note that we recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at sales@lococollectables.com if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please reach out to us at sales@lococollectables.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Condition of sports cards
Like many other sports card vendors, LoCo Collectables LLC makes no promises regarding the condition of sports cards that come out of packs and/or are repurchased from another seller or original owner (e.g., buyback products). Trading cards can have flaws, dinged corners, whiting, print lines and other attributes, as many sports cards come out of packs directly sources from manufacturers in this manner. Additionally, sports cards (particularly those purchased from other vendors) are often handled multiple times by sports card enthusiasts, athletes, resellers, manufacturers and/or others. As such, sports cards sold by LoCo Collectables LLC (whether those removed directly from packs and/or buyback products) that are not graded can have flaws and we do not guarantee any grade and/or condition.
Refunds
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. We do not guarantee that a refund will be approved upon a return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
